I was at Target last week and picked these up. They are power supplies for some LED building block toy of sorts. They were marked down to 5 bucks from their original price of 15. I bought them because I could always use wall warts for light LEDs on my props and at 5 bucks it was a pretty good deal. These are a power station of sorts for the rest of the toy so they actually already came with a few LEDS as well. Not sure if all of the Targets are clearancing them out or not.
