This was my first real prop that I made a few years ago. I bought a mailbox post from Homedepot cheap because it was damaged. Luckily the damaged part was the extension that was made to hold the mailbox which I needed to replace anyway. I took that piece off and made a longer arm using 2x4s. I painted the whole thing in some oops paint and added my cemetery sign to it. You can see the video below for more details of exactly what I did to make the whole thing work.
